Shannon and Philip were incredibly helpful in setting up the on line estate sale and helping us identify the items worthwhile for listing. The return from the sale was much more than we anticipated due to the professional marketing the Avant Garde (AG) team put into the showing of the sale goods. Most importantly, afterwards, the entire AG team helped us clean up and dispose of those items we did not wish to keep. Throughout the process the AG team was considerate, organized and unobtrusive. The entire experience was invaluable and, without their help, the entire process would have been overwhelming -- with the AG team, this massive project was able to be handled. I could not be more thankful of their help nor more delighted with the result. No one could have done this job better!
